Senior Credit Controller - Fixed Data The Credit and Customer Billing Department within the Finance Division of Safaricom Limited is responsible for managing the credit relationship between the organization and its debtor's portfolio. To build on the existing team of professionals, we are looking to fill the following position: Senior Credit Controller - Fixed Data Ref No:   MIN – SCC- CS – OCTOBER- 2012 Reporting to the Principal Credit Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following;     Debt management on assigned debtor's portfolio;     Reconciliation of customer accounts periodically to ensure prompt payment receipts hence increase company's cash flow;     Ensure that collection plans milestones affect only unpaid accounts;     Ensure that customers who have payment plans  are not affected by the collection plan;     Review of the periodic high balance reports and bars where necessary;         Management of disconnected and overdue on the assigned accounts through discussions with customers on payment plans;         Recommend and prepare the accounts to be handed over to debt collection agencies and lawyers.
