Freelance Web Content Editor Job 15K (plus commision)

A medium sized, fast growing web based company is looking for a web content editor / site admin to carry out the tasks highlighted below:

Main purpose of the job
The Web Content editor will be responsible for implementing the company's business
by carrying out the following.

Responsibilities
• Manage content for the company's website
• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the company's website
• Implement the social media strategy of the company
• Research, copy-edit, proof-read and publish all web content as instructed
• Keep current with emerging web technologies
• Track and report on site metrics

Qualifications and experience

• Sound understanding of writing for the web, SEO and engaging online audiences
   Solid experience managing dynamic websites and knowledge of digital trends
   Have a extensive working knowledge on use of blogger and wordpress
• Excellent editorial, communication and organizational skills
• Wide knowledge of a range of web applications and social media platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and deliver on  time
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
