Applications are invited from qualified candidates to serve as theFinance Specialist for a USAID funded program based in Nairobi, covering North East Province and Tana River District. The successful candidate will serve a fixed term contract to June 6th 2013. General Responsibilities The Finance Specialist will be responsible for overall project finances; will develop the project's financial plan, including monitoring and reporting systems that meet the funders requirements; and will manage contracting activities. This individual will serve as the primary communication link on financial, administrative, and agreement compliance matters as they relate to our programs in Kenya and with our partners, sub grantees, and funding agencies. Qualifications Education: Bachelors and Masters degree in business field and CPA/ACCA/CA qualification is required.
