* Manages the communications and public relations functions of the institute
* Development and implementation of marketing strategies
* Development and management of the institutes publicity and marketing tools
* Liaison with key stakeholders and partners
* Support to revenue generation and/or fundraising initiatives
* Performs tasks related to above core functions as required
* Minimum of a degree in Communications or Marketing or the in social sciences
* Added advantage: Professional certification in procurement and supply
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
* Development of training concepts and programs
* Coordinate delivery of certification programs running at the Institute
* Marketing of certification programs
* Monitoring and reporting on certification programs

* Final Diploma in procurement and supply management;
* A registered member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management
* Minimum 3 years experience in training;
* Experience in design of skills training programs
* Handling registration of new members and renewals
* Planning and managing membership events
* Handling inquiries related to membership and official correspondences
* Growing membership
* Acting as assistant secretary to the registration committee
* Maintaining data on registration and membership activities and providing analysis of such records
* Managing the electronic membership database and website
* Management of membership services – e-magazines, job referrals etc
* Performs tasks related to above core functions as required
* Minimum of a Bachelors degree in social sciences
* Professional certificate/diploma in purchasing and supply
* Registered member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management
* Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative/procurement position
* Competency in website-management
* Demonstrated knowledge of document, data management and presentation software
* Demonstrated planning and organizing skills;
* Ability to coordinate and work well with others, sharing workloads and, work independently.;

As the sales administrator for the Kenya site you will be responsible for coordinating sales administration activities for Kenya & other EA markets.
* Supporting Customer order management. Liaising with the respective sales Supervisors, Key Accounts Merchandisers and the Business Development Manager to close all customer queries efficiently.
* Leveraging partnerships with other departments (marketing, L&CO, Finance and HR) to streamline cross functional processes implementation.
* Collating marketing intelligence and other sales data and generating value addition reports to support informed decision making.
* Co-ordinating sales administration activities for Kenya & other EA markets:
* Ensure all sales-related activities including seasonal activation programmes and timely dispatch of all POS (point of sale) materials for deployment in the target markets.
* Organizing requisition and dispatch of tools of work for the Sales Team in liaison with procurement department.
* Collating field expenses for the sales team and tracking performance in line with budget provisions.
* Organizing sales events including periodic meetings and annual sales conferences.
* As an individual contributor know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.
* Minimum degree in Commerce, Economics and Business Management
* Professional qualifications in Sales administration an added advantage
* At least 5 years working experience in Sales administration in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry.
* Strong Computer proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point preferred, those with statistical experience and data analysis will have added advantage.

The physician mentor will mentor and train clinicians in HIV/AIDS care
* Prepare, research and deliver expert lectures in HIV and infectious diseases medicine
* Mentor clinicians on HIV care and management in a clinic setting
* Conduct case conferences, lead question and answer sessions and help clinicians analyze scientific articles
* Design and implement an educational curriculum for clinical officers
* Diagnose, treat and care for HIV patients
* Develop and update medical protocols, guidelines and algorithms and academic resources for learning, teaching and practice
* Lead and manage distance HIV learning activities
* A degree in Medicine (Internal Medicine. MMed preferred)
* Registration with the Medical and Dentists Practioners Board

The data manager will confirm data quality, analyze results and generate reports
* Design and modify protocols, standard operating procedures and data collection forms
* Design databases and manage SPSS and Access databases
* Check and correct data errors
* Present weekly and monthly reports of data analysis
* Train staff on data collection, cleaning and analysis
* A degree in Biostatistics (Masters degree preferred)
* At least 2 years working experience in data management
* Computer mastery in word processing, statistical software and MS Excel spreadsheets
* Advanced skills in at least two of the following programs: SPSS, Epi Info, Stata, MS Access and SAS
