Enterprise Propositions Manager – Government & Community Solutions

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Business Development, the job holder will develop and deliver the sector propositions roadmap and revenue targets for the Government & Community Solutions products portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage winning partnerships with key stakeholders including Technology and service vendors, commercial partners and internal support teams to create and deliver end-to-end innovation value chains for enterprise customers
  • Achieve the revenue target set for the propositions portfolio through innovation (new products, product enhancements, new/improved processes, roadmap delivery)
  • Ensure high levels of quality and customer experience in launched products through documented, simple, and well tested sales, provisioning and support processes
  • Project Management of the development / enhancement of products and services through the approved gate processes and using approved project management methodology
  • Stays updated on relevant industry, technology and market trends and combine this with a needs analysis at prospective customers and market segments to identify winning propositions that deliver to the customer needs and business unit objectives of customer satisfaction, revenue and retention.
  • Review of existing products performance to identify requirements for enhancements, retirement or replacement
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelors Degree from a recognized university;
  • 2 years experience in a related/similar role;
  • Experience in ICT projects management;
  • Experience in public sector workings and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.
  • Certification by a recognized professional body will be an added advantage.

Reporting to the Deputy Finance Manager, the accounting Officer will be responsible for generation of quality management accounting reports and analysis that will facilitate decision making and cost control in JKF.
To prepare long-term plans, budgets and cash flow forecasting within set deadlines.

Preparation of monthly management reports by the 10th day of each month.

Preparation of quarterly GOK report by 10th day of each month following the end of the quarter.

Monthly analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.

Costing of all goods and services and regularly review and test its reasonableness

Preparation of variance analysis of expenses and stock items and explanation of the cause of such variances and possible ways of avoiding them.

To perform any other relevant duty assigned by the Finance Manager.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business.

Full accountancy qualifications (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).

Proficiency in use of computerized accounting packages (preferably Syspro)

Excellent communication, negotiation, inter-personal relations, team building, leadership and organizational skills.

At least 4 years relevant experience in Management accounting or its equivalent.

The Estates Assistant will report to the Estates Officer. The position will assist in the management of the Corporation's real estate portfolio for maximum returns. The specific duties will include:-

Requirements

  • 3 years experience in property management
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking, communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proactive, creative and results oriented
  • Demonstrate ability to read, analyze and interpret lease related documents, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
  • Ability to perform in a busy, multi-tasking work environment
  • Ability to travel (between properties, training, errands, etc.) and work anywhere in Kenya.

CORPORATION SECRETARY

Duties and Responsibilities
The position reports to the Managing Director for efficient legal, advisory and secretariat services to the Management and the Board of Directors. The specific tasks will include:

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree;
  • Masters Degree in Law or Business Administration will be an added advantage;
  • Diploma in Law (Kenya School of Law);
  • Certified Public Secretary (CPSK) and full member of ICPS;
  • Must be an advocate of the high court;
  • 10 years experience in Commercial Law practice, 3 of which should have been at a management level in a medium size / large Corporation;
  • Civil Litigation as an added advantage;
  • Strong analytical and organization skills;
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office computer applications;

  • Technical Training qualifications required: Knowledge and experience in statistics; research methods; design, monitoring and evaluation, program management and accounting desired.
  • Should have good communication and quantitative skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in development; relief; design monitoring and evaluation and program management.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of humanitarian industry and World Vision International relief, advocacy and development approaches preferred.
